Our firm has been in business since 1960, and is presently made up of twenty principals and staff. Our clients vary in size and industry, with our concentration being in the tax area. As a result we do extensive work in federal and multiple state taxation. We have vast experience in representing clients at all levels of the Internal Revenue Service including the Audit Division, Regional Appeals Office, and the National Office.
Although we are a local firm and a majority of our clients are local businesses, we have a broad range of experience that includes extensive tax work for publicly held corporations. We also prepare financial statements and income tax returns for U.S. subsidiaries of foreign owned corporations.
In addition to the aforementioned tax work, we perform audits and assist our clients with the selection and installation of accounting software. We also train our clients’ personnel on the proper use of financial software.
