Our firm has been in business since 1960, and is presently made up of twenty principals and staff. Our clients vary in size and industry, with our concentration being in the tax area. As a result we do extensive work in federal and multiple state taxation. We have vast experience in representing clients at all levels of the Internal Revenue Service including the Audit Division, Regional Appeals Office and the National Office.

Although we are a local firm and a majority of our clients are local businesses, we have a broad range of experience that includes extensive tax work and litigation support for publicly held corporations. We are particularly pleased to be able to state that every time one of our clients has been purchased by a publicly held company, we have been retained after the sale by the purchasing public company to assist with the transition. We also prepare financial statements and income tax returns for U.S. subsidiaries of foreign owned corporations.

In addition to the aforementioned work, we offer a range of business consulting service that compliment our tax and financial expertise. Our non-audit clients constantly use our experienced professionals as a sounding board in making management decisions. We perform audits and assist our clients with the selection and installation of accounting software. We also train our clients' personnel on the proper use of financial software.
