Daniel Greenberg, CPA
Daniel Greenberg earned his BS degree in Accounting from the University of New York at Albany in 1977. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Over the 43+ years with the firm, Dan has developed extensive expertise in tax planning and preparation of business and individual income tax returns, at both the federal and state level, as well as the preparation of tax returns for private foundations. Spending 20 years with the firm providing accounting, tax planning and tax preparation services for the U.S. headquarters of a worldwide conglomerate and a Fortune 100 Company allowed Dan to develop special expertise at the multi-state level. He has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Connecticut Department of Revenue Service, the Connecticut Department of Labor, New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, New York State Department of Labor, and the City of New York Department of Finance.
Dan has experience preparing and reviewing trust accounting, providing litigation support and providing services as an expert witness in Probate court proceedings.
Dan is currently providing numerous services for a large single family office, and provides numerous services to other high net worth clients.
